The Institute sponsors four-day schools on "The Science of Society." This school is for people who realize the need to study the science of how societies change. This school is for people who are probing into how society works and how they fit into the process of change. In the four-day school, you will get an overview of Marxism as the science of society -- the methodology for understanding the world, as a first step towards changing it. Class sessions cover how societies change; what revolution is and how it takes place; the role of revolutionaries in shaping history; and how to make sense of U.S. history. By focusing on the tools of Marxism you will be better equipped to solve the political questions you face in your work. We can put on a school in your area.
